Join us for our Open Day

We’re delighted to invite you to our Open Day. Join us between 11.00am and 2.00pm on Saturday 26th September 2026 to explore the space and meet our practitioners.

Whether you’ve visited us before, or are simply curious to learn more about what we do, this is a wonderful opportunity to find out a bit more about what we have going on and hear about our plans for the coming months.

We’ll have free taster sessions to try and, of course, refreshments!

You don’t need to attend for the full duration, you can pop in at any time between the above hours. If you can make it, please register for your free place below so that we can keep on top of expected numbers. Once you’re signed up, we’ll share more information about what you can expect from the day.
