We’ve created an environment tailored to the needs of the modern practitioner. Whether you are launching a new clinic or relocating an established practice, our rooms offer a calm, professional home with simple, all-inclusive hire options.
Parking and entry
We believe the client experience starts before they enter the building. Free parking immediately surrounds the space, removing city-centre permits, charges and the stress of finding a space. Our buzzer entry system lets you manage arrivals securely from your room, creating a seamless transition between sessions.

Every licence agreement provides the essential infrastructure of a professional practice. The space is open Monday to Saturday, 8am–8pm.

Booking process, invoices and deposits
For your first booking, contact us by email or phone to arrange a discovery meeting, building tour and conversation about the room and hire arrangement you need. Repeat bookings can be made through our online booking system. Invoices are issued within two working days of your reservation request and completed room hire agreement, and must be paid in full before the booking date. Practitioners with regular rolling bookings may receive a front-door fob and room key after paying a refundable deposit.
Cancellation policy
Ad hoc bookings cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice receive a full refund. Bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are charged in full. Monthly rolling hire agreement fees are non-refundable whether or not sessions are used.
Minimum booking time
All rooms except The Woodland have a four-hour minimum booking. The Woodland can be booked from one hour.
Recurring bookings
Rolling monthly agreements are available for regular weekly half-day or full-day bookings and are our most cost-effective option.
Noise and scent
We ask everyone to keep communal conversations quiet and mobiles on silent. Sound baths, relaxing music, group classes, essential oils and incense are welcome, but naked flames and candles cannot be accommodated.
Food and drink
Fresh water and herbal tea are available to everyone using the building. Food and alternative drinks are provided only as part of a specific event.
Check-in and room care
Your check-in procedure will reflect your hire arrangement. Practitioners use secure entry to welcome clients and collect them from the unstaffed waiting room. Cleaning of communal areas is included. After each session, practitioners must wipe used surfaces, remove personal items and refuse, and leave the room ready for the next user.
Storage, Wi-Fi and safety
Equipment cannot be left after your hire ends. Wi-Fi is included for professional use and the password must not be shared with clients or third parties. All health and safety procedures form part of your room hire agreement and building induction.
